Who is Waki Labels?

Waki Labels is a sister company of Signs 4 Less, who has been proudly helping our customers in Northwest Georgia since 2010.

We decided to launch Waki Labels, in September of 2024, when we saw a need in the community for a low cost but high quality label business. We have been fortunate to help many of our local Mom & Pop businesses from coffee shops and restaurants to restaurant chains. We offer free 1 on 1 support to make your project a success from start to finish.

What services do you offer?

For label offerings we have stock three main label materials in stock blanks but we also offer custom cut labels in two of those materials and two additional materials.

What are matte paper labels good for?

Finish: Shiny.
Durability: Less resistant to water and oils compared to BOPP labels. Suitable for indoor use or short-term applications.
Print Quality: Offers excellent color saturation and sharpness due to the reflective surface, making colors appear more vivid.

Pros:
Highly durable and resistant to moisture, and oils.

Cons:

What is your return and policy?

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below for details regarding our custom printed products. 

1. Custom Printed Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom printed products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in cases where the item is damaged during shipping. This policy ensures that each custom order is made specifically to your specifications, and we want to avoid unnecessary waste. 

2. Damaged Items 

If your custom printed product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a claim for a damaged item, please provide the following: 

  • A detailed description of the damage 

  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging 

  • Your order number 

Upon receiving this information, we will review your claim and, if approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. 

3. Non-Damaged Items 

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for custom printed products that are not damaged or for any reasons other than damage incurred during shipping. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase. 

4. Shipping Issues

If you encounter any issues with shipping, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but please be aware that we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. 

5. General Terms 

  • All refunds or replacements must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the product. 

  • All return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met.
